The staff in the service department are always great!  More specifically, the service manager, Dave.  He handled my service visit this time.  While conducting my 6-month routine service the technician (John) noticed damage to the underside of my car that I didn't realize would cause potential problems with my car.  Dave took me out to see/explain the damage and then gave me a fair estimate to repair the damage.  He was able to order the parts and fix my car the next morning.  He went above and beyond to make this very expensive visit less painful!  This dealership is the only place I take my car for service.

Stefan is wonderful,  I had a Thursday apt 4:15 for oil filter tire rotation and a sticker, seems tires were not in great shape. Stefan spoke to the tech working on it  (sorry did not get a name ). 4 tires were in stock and they both agreed to stay past closing time to get this done, thus saving me a return visit. That is going above and beyond and for both of you I give a TEN. Thank you for the great service, pizza on me soon.
