We purchased our first Toyota Highlander several years ago from Nucar Dealership in North Kingston. During our visit for routine maintenance on our Highlander, we visited the showroom and was so impressed with the new Toyota Highlanders we purchased another Highlander. The sales staff was professional and knowledgeable. The deal we got was incredible where we could not refuse it. The general manager in sales Tom, and our sales person Joe were very easy to work with. There was no pressure in purchasing this vehicle. On the day we were supposed to pick up the vehicle. We decided to upgrade to a more expensive Highlander with more.Options. They made it very easy for us to purchase another highlander with other options that we wanted. Of course it was more expensive but on the other hand. The deal for upgrading Was even better than the previous deal. I would highly recommend Nucar Toyota In North Kingston

We received great service at Nucar. Tayla did an excellent job explaining the details of our car's issues. She included every detail and we were able to decide what worked best for us. The biggest concern with car repair is cost and we walked away confident that our car was  serviced correctly and at a fair price. We will be back.

The service was great.  Especially the complimentary wash and vacuum!  The only problem that I experienced was that the service team Way over torqued the tire lug nuts.... when I had to remove my tires after the service,  I had to use a 2 ft pipe on the end of my tire iron just to break the lugs loose... and this was enough to twist the tire iron enough to chip the paint. My guess is that they are using full shop air impact guns to tighten lugs rather than a torque wrench.
