We just starting looking into upgrading our truck & test drove a RAM 1500 Bighorn at NYE in Oneida. It was the same truck as we were driving - just a few upgrades with better gas mileage. We worked with Zach Wells & Brian Ladd & our experience was VERY easy. Zach had the truck waiting & while we test drove, he worked out an estimate for a trade. He wasn't pushy, just informative & efficient. Brian let us know about extended warranties & additional services we could take advantage of. We stayed in communication while the dealership was closed & decided on day 2 to buy. After 30 minutes of paperwork, we were on our way home. We will definitely visit NYE when it comes time to shop for a vehicle again.
