Fantastic people at Oak Lawn! Initially worked with Steve. He gave what I felt was a very fair trade value on my trade and a fair value on my purchase. We were traveling quite a distance from out of state, so he really took the time to make sure everything was in order when we arrived. We closed the deal with Lucy. She was waiting for us when we arrived. We did a quick test drive and looked over the vehicle. She was able to answer any and all of our questions. When we officially decided to buy, we went to the financing group for about 15 minutes to sign a few papers. Then we were on our way home! Overall, very easy and smooth vehicle buying process! Highly recommend!

I have been visiting and communicating with Vince for about 6 months now. I had been waiting for the right vehicle to come in, doing my research, and waiting for the right opportunity. He had been understanding, knowledgeable and patient the whole time. I never felt pressured nor uneasy in working with him. He promptly let me know the vehicle was coming in the next day and we set an appointment. We finally got our dream SUV. Vince made the process feel effortless, easy, and efficient. I have to say this buying process was the shortest I've ever experienced and the most pleasant. Vince, you'll be seeing us again for our next Toyota! ;)

My only complaint is that when I called the dealership directly for some reason they would not transfer my calls to Vince. They were trying to get me to see another salesperson. I made 2 appointments to come in and would specifically ask for Vince and they were putting the appointment with someone else.
Please do better. There's multiple reasons people want to give their business to a specific person. If a salesperson earned a client's respect and/or loyalty, please respect that.
Vince just made that much of an impact in our experience that we still gave Oak Lawn Toyota our business.

Bad alternator, made appointment, part in stock, service friendly and professional.  Work done quickly as promised, very satisfied. Toyota family (4) cars and after recent experience on S. Western,  felt would not buy another Toyota, this location brought me back. Must feel safe driving your car
