On my way from Maryland to South Carolina when my car lost all power and steering on 95 South. A local at the Exxon suggested these guys. I rolled in at almost 4 pm and they close at 5 pm. My mechanic was on Facetime and determined it was either the alternator, serpentine belt or battery. They kindly diagnosed it right away and determined it was only the alternator (I would have no idea if they told me all three were faulty). The mechanic stayed late on his birthday to replace the part and ensure I got back on the road safely. I was traveling alone with two dogs and had no one to call and nowhere to go. They gave my dogs some water and treats and everyone made me feel like everything would be just fine. Truly blessed they were so kind, thoughtful and efficient. I made it to Charleston without a hitch. Forever grateful...

I was traveling from Virginia Beach to Charleston when the radiator hose on my 2015 F150 broke. Fortunately I was able to get it off 58 and to O’Berry’s. They went above and beyond to get me on the road again. They had to source a part from Roanoke Rapids and expedited everything. I was back on the road in a few hours and at a very fair price. They saved the trip.
