Henry D, Joe, and the rest of the Ocean team treated me and my wife not just with respect but made us comfortable when we walked in.  No sales pitch, no pressure sales, none of the old school stuff the car salesman got a bad rap for.

I went in knowing what three models of cars I was considering and the price range for each. I let Henry know ahead of time and he accommodated me and let me test drive each exact one I was looking at.

There really wasn’t any negotiation, I made a very reasonable offer on the one I wanted, we agreed on a great deal, and I was done with the paperwork before they even had the car washed and ready to go.
