We are so grateful for Rob at Octane Automotive!! After an accident totaling our family vehicle, our search for a replacement was initially discouraging. But when we connected with Rob things changed! He was flexible on meeting up, he had great inventory overall, and had exactly what we were looking for: a quality used family van, with a clean title, at a great price. It had four brand new tires, an oil change, and was in great condition. He was also able to work with us on the amount the insurance was giving us for the loss.

Even better than the condition of the car was working with Rob! It was by far our best car buying experience to date, and we don’t plan to buy cars anywhere else from now on. It was simple, straightforward, and honest sales experience. I appreciated his kindness towards my daughter who was with us. He even had a toy area, with his grandkids’ old toys, that she could happily play at while we talked through the car. The infrastructure he has in place within the car industry and his warmth helped us to feel secure buying from a small dealership.
