I had a very good experience when I went to buy a car the other day.  The process was very easy and Chris made it a fun and enjoyable time.  Glen took time to go over all the warranties and explained them to full length.  When we were all set to go Chris gave me a tour of the car and taught me how to use all the buttons and settings.
