Sam Wright was the person who greeted me upon my arrival at the lot. He just asked a couple of questions and then let me look over the entire lot on my own. He didn't hover or hassle me. After I thoroughly looked at the cars, he came back out and I told him I was interested in a Forester Sport. He gave me pertinent information, didn't push at all. His salesmanship was exemplary and he's extremely knowledgeable about the cars and put any concerns I had to rest. I then did a test drive and I did buy the car (2025 Forester Sport) and he made the process enjoyable and easy. Plus, while waiting at his desk for paperwork, it was fun to look at his electronic picture frame of his 2 dogs. Both are too cute. All said, this was the best car buying experience I've had. I certainly highly recommend Sam and Hanson Subaru in Olympia. You can't go wrong.

I started shopping online on Saturday, immediately I was emailed with an “internet price” that beat their sale price on the Forester I was interested in. I went in at opening on Sunday, 1000. I looked at my new car and was on a fun test drive by 1015. The salesman, Nate, was fantastic and had a great route worked out to showcase what the car could do. 1100 the credit checks and financing began, preliminary interest rate was given, I was unhappy with it and deal was almost off. They worked some magic and got the interest rate down to 5.4%, sold!! I was signing final paperwork by 1400 and out the door in my brand new car at 1510. All in all 5 hours and 10 minutes for a new car purchase was a fantastic experience!! I will go back again and recommend them to everyone in the market for a new or used Subaru!

I can honestly say hands down this was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to getting a vehicle. Nate was so great!! I will definitely get another car through him when my fiance and I need it. He was so patient, informative and professional in every moment from giving me a full on specs and options during our test drive, then to giving me a tour of the facility and the ins and outs.
