I contacted 3 dealerships seeking a hitch install on my 2023 highlander with some run around, wrong parts, and bad communication between service and parts departments. That is until I reached Chuck in the parts department at Ourisman Toyota. Chuck handled the call from start to finish, including calling Toyota to confirm my vehicle specs because the kick sensor would cause issues, he confirmed all parts, and coordinated service with the service manager. Service called shortly after I was off the phone with chuck to setup the appointment. Instead of being bounced between the 2 departments with uncertainty like the other dealerships did, Ourisman made my install and purchase a breeze. They also sent a video inspection of my car afterwards. Thank you! I'll be back for any parts/service needs.
