Let me start by saying, I walked onto this car lot with the intentions of leaving and going to another dealership that had papers drawn up to buy a completely different vehicle. I’m so thankful that I stopped because this place knows how to treat their customers.

My sales guy, Carl is the most friendly and energetic person and it made my entire experience wonderful. He wanted to do everything possible to make sure I was happy. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy a car. Carl knows how to treat his customers.

The good didn’t stop there. The finance guy Tony made sure to help me navigate every little thing I could to save me the most money. (He’s also quite Literally the funnest guy and kept me laughing)

With all that being said, It’s also fair to say that the used car manager Sam went above and beyond to give me the most money for my trade, when comparing to multiple dealerships offers. Sam’s motto was to “treat yourself” and he made sure I got the vehicle I wanted by helping give me the best trade in value!

Not only did I feel like I was getting the best vehicle deal, but everyone was so friendly and engaging. Hell they could have taken me for all I’m worth and I still wouldn’t feel bad about it.

I can 100% say they have gained a customer for life. If you are thinking of making the switch to Toyota… YOU WONT REGRET IT, and you definitely won’t regret bringing your business to Palmers!

Best experience hands down that I've had with a car dealership. I was in the market for a new car… wasn’t looking for anything in particular but knew what i did not want. Desmond (car salesman) and Donnell (sales manager) were very nice and they made me feel comfortable with NO PRESSURE to buy. They were very knowledgeable, listened to me and helped me find the perfect car. This was my first experience with Toyota and I absolutely love my purchase!
Very friendly place. Everyone was so nice from the greeting in the parking lot to the checkout in customer service. I feel that Palmers Toyota is more about the customer experience than selling cars. They’re the “Chick-Fil-A” of car dealerships. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop by and see them. You won’t regret it!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Chris was a wonderful salesman, he was very helpful and made sure we were happy. Chad was the sales manager and he was amazing and super friendly. Financing was a breeze and as with everyone else very friendly and informative. Paul cut us an amazing deal on our Tundra and I love how straightforward he is with what they can do for you. He doesn’t give you a lot of promises they can’t keep extremely honest and respectful. I also got to meet Jacob Palmer, he is very friendly and makes sure you are a very satisfied customer. I had went to another dealership across the bay and had an awful awful experience, I called Palmer’s to ask some questions and decided to come in. They literally had my deal ready within an hour and we were out the door!! Amazing service and staff, I won’t shop anywhere else thank you soooo much!

This is great place to purchase a vehicle, in my humble opinion. All of the employees are all so friendly, speaking to you as you walk by. Mike in finance is so laid back. Did I mention that I  met both Keith Palmer and his son. They are very nice!

Our Salesman, Carl, was wonderful!! He was very knowledgeable and attentive during this experience. We reserved a 2025 Camry on May 2nd. Carl kept updated throughout the entire process. Once our car arrived, when he called, he seemed just as excited as we were. He provided the utmost most customer service and attended to our every request. This was the BEST car buying experience that we’ve ever had. He and his supv Donnell made sure that we were extremely satisfied until we left the dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys as they were truly AMAZING!!
