Pape Subaru is fantastic! I called ahead to ask if they could help me figure out how to pull down my back seats. They suggested I come into the store during certain hours when it's not usually busy, no appointment needed. The team was super friendly and funny. They tried their best to help, but unfortunately, we discovered my seats couldn't come down. Still, their effort and great attitude made the experience a positive one. Highly recommend their excellent customer service!

Everything at Pape Subaru was very smooth. We were greeted quickly by a friendly and helpful salesman, and once at his desk we told him we were  interested in a Crosstrek Premium. He found one in Pape's inventory system in a few moments. It had just come in but we got to test drive it anyway. We decided to purchase it, but it needed dealer prep, so we picked it up about a week later, and it was in excellent condition. Pape made sure that the car had all the proper paperwork, and we registered it three days later. Great experience!
