Her service was exceptional, deserving more than five stars. She thoroughly explained each service, discussing the processes in a way that was easy to understand. Kristina's approach is welcoming and devoid of any intimidation, making her standout. She's always been honest about what needs to be done, a claim verified by second opinions in the past. Her assessments have always been spot-on, to the extent that I no longer feel the need to seek second opinions. If I purchase another Honda, it will be largely because of the outstanding service provided by Kristina.
