What an amazing experience i had with the service dept. I called and spoke to Lydia McDonald, who has the finest listening skills i have encountered in quite some time. After a impromptu call from myself, she recognized i was coming from about 90 miles away and worked me in to the mix. She and incredible folks at Parkway service had me in and out in a very impressive timeframe. I bought the vehicle there and will be returning for service and when new car time is due as the level of service at Parkway is heads above the rest!
