Today, Alex Pruitt called back and apologized. He admits that he dropped the ball on getting back to us. He now has a goal to work better on getting back to people. He also made sure that I had no further questions or needs before hanging up.

We received our check and paperwork. Still upset that I haven't been called back when I called numerous times and left messages. That's why the rating is NOT 5 star!

So while I had a decent experience at first, but now I'm having trouble getting ahold of Alex Pruitt! I have emailed and not gotten a response. I have called numerous times and not gotten a call back! We sold them our car (back in Dec 2023) for this one, but still haven't received our check for it. I'm upset with the customer experience now! And until I get the information I'm requesting and my check for the car I sold them, I refuse to update this review! ????

The service was amazing I went in for an oil change and servicing he walked me thru what was happening and how much it would cost right at the beginning. They were super fast got it all taken care of in an hour. Amazing customer service and super kind people. James was amazing!!!
