I went into Patriot Nissan in Salem NH about 3 weeks ago. I was looking to trade in my van for a used Nissan TITAN.  Catherine Schwartz was my sales associate, She was amazing! Easy to talk to and very accommodating. At the end of the deal I was only able to put down a deposit as the dealership was awaiting the title. Rather than make the sale with out the title they said lets wait we will call you when it is in. The team at Patriot Nissan connected with me just about every day until 3 weeks later the title came in. They did not neglect me. In fact I only recached out to them once in regard to the title, they where always the first to update me. I highly recommend Patriot Nissan of Salem NH. They made this entire process painless. Not out to just make the deal, Catherine was joy to work with.

I am probably one of the few people that hates buying a car.  I lease and every few years I start looking forward to loathing the experience of having to go in and deal with all of the nonsense that comes along with buying a car.  I went to a Nissan dealership before this one in Lynnfield, MA that only contributed to that feeling.  So coming to Patriot was a welcome change. My  rep’s name was Sawyer and he was never pushy and listened to me when I gave my finances of what I could and couldn’t spend. Catherine's assistance was invaluable as she helped me find the perfect car and patiently addressed all my queries. Her dedication was evident when she stayed past closing time to ensure I had everything sorted. The genuine friendliness of everyone at Patriot Nissan, including the Manager Clive and the sales staff, made the whole experience a pleasure. Sincere thanks to them all for going above and beyond.
