We worked with Nick having conversations back and forth about the vehicle we were interested in and he was always patient and willing to tackle any and all questions we had.  We were driving quite a ways to look at the vehicle and Nick sent us hotel recommendations and did everything he could to make the process comfortable for us.  When we arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle clean and waiting for us.  He helped make the purchase process simple and easy.  He handed us off to Mason Clark to handle the paperwork and he was great to work with as well!  From the receptionist to Nick to Mason we had a great experience and have shared how great we were treated with family and friends! In life experience you always want to negotiate on a car when purchasing it. But to be honest this was the first time that there was no need to negotiate because of the price. I am totally impressed with the Paul Sherry dealership, the crew was very friendly and up front on everything. His commitment to customer service is above the call of duty...he  was willing to meet me before the dealership even opened and on his day off to accommodate my schedule.  He took time to talk with me, answer questions, and follow up.  No pressure at all.  He was even honest with me to let me know where he thought I was getting the best deal.  I didn't purchase from him, but I wouldn't hesitate to use him for service needs or future purchases.
