Showed me a few options in comparison to what I was looking for, walked me through everything step by step, kept my information quiet and confidential, unlike the last place I went to. Just overall a lovely experience. James, carefully walked me through all of my options financially and pretty much fought for me to get what he knew I deserved. And they were all so patient with me.
