We went to Peterson's Stampede Dodge Ram to check out the 2024 Jeep Rubicon and 2024 Jeep Rubicon X. As we drove in we met Jorge checking out the new Jeeps in the parking lot. We asked him where the Jeep Rubicons were located. He directed us to park in front if the showroom and met us there. Jorge showed us the Rubicons and Rubicon Xs that were on the lot. He asked many questions regarding our driving styles and our vehicle needs, he was very knowledgeable. Jorge showed us an 2024 Jeep Rubicon X in Anvil Clear Coat color. That was it!
The Jeep had 13 miles on it and we added another 15-18 miles during a test drive which covered surface streets, highway, and even speed bumps and parking in a crowded parking lot. The front, rear cameras and parking sensors worked perfectly. The Jeep handled better than we expected.
We went inside and worked with Jorge, in a relaxed environment, through the purchasing paperwork. We were able to take advantage of all dealer and Mfg. discounts. Jorge even found us two additional discounts we didn't know existed. One for first responders and another from the Jeep Mfg website ending 9-30-24.
We worked with a trade-in and Jorge had all our belongings packaged up upon our return the next day. Jeep has an App and we had technical difficulties gaining access. Jorge worked for two days using his dealership channels to gain us access.
Overall, Jorge was very professional and afforded us all courtesy and assistance we required.
Jorge's working relationship with the Peterson Team (sales, finance, parts, and accessories) made our transaction quick and painless as compared to past vehicle purchases at different locations.
