I tend to be indecisive at times, and she was so kind and easy going with my many changes. She truly wants the best for the people she represents and it shows in word and actions. I can’t say enough good things about her….I highly recommend you use her! I would also like to give kudos to Ruben and Casey in the accessories department for making my vehicle incredible. They definitely know what looks good when it comes to modifying a vehicle. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both of them on a few different vehicles over the years, and I’m always impressed with what they come up with. They are top notch! Peterson Toyota is amazing and the service department is impeccable. They are a well oiled machine, they get you in and out. This dealership is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. As someone who purchases vehicles every 2 years, I’ve been to many dealerships and this by far is the best and that’s saying a lot!

This was our first time buying a vehicle online, and we were fortunate to have Josh Cade assist us! Living 3 hours west of Seattle, we were initially hesitant about purchasing from Peterson Toyota, which is over 11 hours away. However, Josh made the entire process incredibly easy! We communicated and viewed the truck over FaceTime, which worked seamlessly. Peterson had an outstanding deal on a barely used 2024 4Runner, complete with a list of suspension modifications that would make any off-road enthusiast envious—all performed at the dealership, so the warranty remained intact! During the 11-hour drive, I was pleasantly surprised to receive calls from Josh (even on his day off) checking in to ensure our trip was going smoothly. I highly recommend Josh and Peterson Toyota, especially if you’re looking to buy a vehicle online or from out of state!

We purchased a 2024 4Runner for our son. We started the process at a different dealership (because of a contract pricing arrangement.) Fortunately that deal did not work and we contacted Peterson. The Peterson process and, more importantly, the staff was impressive. There was a conflict/problem with the original vehicle we attempted to purchase. A deposit was put on the vehicle without our sales rep knowing. However, a similar vehicle was identified and secured. We were given near daily notifications of the vehicle’s shipment status from ship to port to Boise. Upon arrival, the vehicle was prepared, accessories added and made ready for our pickup in a short timeframe. The pickup process was clear, took about 30 minutes to finish and we were on our way.

The Peterson group clearly embodies the integrity/values of a solid family-based company. We highly recommend Peterson.
