Huge thank you to Phil Long Subaru! The service department went above and beyond! On the morning of Aug. 22 I found myself on the side of I-70WB with a flat tire on my way to Grand Junction airport where I was to catch a flight later that day. Thanks to a good samaritan changing the flat tire out for the spare I was able to drive back to Phil Long Subaru in Glenwood Springs. I can’t thank them enough for getting me right in and putting a new tire on. Sarah was extremely helpful in explaining all my options and coordinating with the mechanics to make sure I was able to make my flight.

I cannot recommend Phil Long Subaru more. I went to them for everything I needed during college for three years and the staff was always quick, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond multiple times for me and even fit me in for service when I was in a pinch due to a family emergency. All of the employees in the service department have been absolutely wonderful every time I’ve worked with them. I don’t live near this dealership anymore but if I ever get the chance, I will be going there for service and anything I need in the future for my Subaru.
