Sold a car that wasn’t fully ready. Not even a few days later so many light came on the car. I reached out to them and they said that there’s nothing they can do that I would need to go to the actual dealer of the car. Didn’t mind understood that they did all the service they could do for the vehicle. After driving the car for a few months come to find out. They canceled the deal with the bank and kept running my credit for all these different banks without my permission which brought my credit score down tremendously. So now if I wanted to I can’t even go to another dealership to get another car. So I had no choice to stick with them. I put a $1500 down payment for the car. $1000 for the car and $500 for the tags which I never got. So they’ll steal your money and say oh those are for the processing fees only offered barely any of it back in STORE credit. I was very understanding that sometimes things happen and I was just going to keep the car because it was going to get it for my son and he had liked it so I wanted to work with them so he could keep his car. After a long process with them I had to give the car back due to them not doing there job the correct way and they also reposted the car for nearly %50 off of what they originally sold it to me for. If you see a black 2019 Honda accord don’t buy it unless you want to fix on it. I have all the paperwork from Honda Of Concord with all the original documents from where the car was originally purchased and serviced and based off there system the wasn’t serviced well prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I would hate for this to happen to someone else or for anyone else to experience anything similar to my situation so I’m putting this out here for everyone beware before doing business with this dealership! I’ll also say Peter was very helpful throughout the process and did his best to work with me and truly appreciate him and his effort throughout the process. There’s more to the story but to sum it up definitely go at your own risk. Not every sale will go like mine but unfortunately mine went this way and I still ended up without a car back at square one. If recommended to anyone here Peter would be the best but he was also the one who did everything with my car and who I was dealing and talking with the entire time.

I am ecstatic about my experience with Pioneer. The salesmen Randy was an angel. I met him at the time of pickup, he went above and beyond to make my process go smoothly. This is the second car I have purchased with Pioneer. This is my 2nd vehicle I have purchased with them. 1st was my Mercedes Benz and now my infinity q50 , what a wow!! The car I bought was very true to the description. The trade-in was a seamless experience. RAndy treated me as well as my family. He made sure all my questions were answered, looked over the car with me, and even explained the new features I was unfamiliar with before driving off.
