I have been working with Gigi at Plano Preowned, and she has really gone out of her way to assist me with getting exactly what I want. She has been working for well over a week to get me the exact terms I need for the vehicle I want, and although we haven't yet finalized a deal, I am super appreciative of how hard she's been working on my behalf. She's a go-getter, kind, and helpful, without being overbearing. I also love that she's communicative and keeps me in the loop. I love that this is a smaller dealership, because it's less of a hectic feel in the office. They also have a great selective of really nice vehicle and very good prices. I found this lot as I was searching and comparing prices online, and their prices compare well with those at other dealerships. This review is two weeks overdue, but I was looking everywhere for a lexus Ls430 and found one at this location (turned out to be amazing) I spoke with Hayden on the phone and managed to get a solid price on it, I drove from Lakeway all the way to Plano and managed to walk in with my credit union check and managed to get my Lexus out the door, Hayden is a no BS type of guy and so is this dealership, no additional fees for "floor mats, pinstripes, tint" or any of that and no pushy sales tactics either. My experience with Plano Pre owned auto group was amazing, I'm glad they had the car I wantef but even if they didn't, I was still tempted to look at their crazy inventory, they had nice trucks and evem AMG Mercedes. I definitely will buy my next car from here again.
