Absolutely We had the most amazing and unforgettable experience by far among other dealers. This people will work and talk you on the phone/text/email and in-person they will not make you wait. We were blown away with the continues excellent service provided by Chantelle, salesperson and Mario Moreno, general sales manager. Mario made it happened to put us in the best hard to find Night Edition. He was very transparent, responsive, and made the transaction very pleasant and professional with the exact figures and options. Thank you for the unlimited time structuring the deal. He is totally a no pressure sales manager and give you the opportunity to hold the vehicle while a decision is made. At this dealer they always wanted to make sure we pick the right car and are happy with the purchase. Raymond in finance knows well how to run the most critical part. He was very helpful. Previously we had met the general manager, Tony, who came to talk to us making sure we have been helped. They know how to make customers feel comfortable.

What an amazing buying experience! My wife and I purchased a ‘24 Hyundai Palisade Limited on Saturday. I worked with Zack and he was awesome! I explained that I was ready to purchase the car the same day and had a specific number in mind. Zack was super responsive and was able to work with finance and then the manager to match the number that I was willing to pay in under a hour. Compared to the other local Hyundai dealer we visited this was a night and day difference. We spent a week with the other dealer, and they just played games and gave us the run around. Literally within a few hours from initial contact, my wife, kids, and I took ownership of the vehicle. So easy and seamless.

Shout out to Raymond in Finance as well. He did not pressure us into buying extra packages and answered all of our questions. He also hooked us up on the extra protection that we wanted. Loved his stories too! Good guy.

Overall, this is a family run business and they really treat you as a customer. The showroom is amazing. The staff was super friendly and even allowed my daughter to watch her cartoons on the big tv in the waiting room.

If you’re looking for a Hyundai in the Bay Area don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Platinum Hyundai of Tracy will take care of you. They are so great, I will now drive out of my way for future service rather than going to the Hyundai dealer down the street.

I went into Hyundai of Tracy just to look and see what they could do for me.  I was involved in an accident a few weeks prior and my car was deemed totaled by my insurance appraiser.  I was without a car for a couple of weeks and was weighing out my options to see what I could afford and what was out there for me.  Daniel my salesman and Zach the manager were willing to work with me and got me in a 2023 Hyundai Tucson fully loaded at a great price with a monthly payment that I could afford!  I didn't feel pressured at all but instead I felt that they were willing to help me instead of adding more pressure to what can already be a hectic process.
