I’m based out of Cincinnati Ohio, never shipped a vehicle ever. I’ve now done it, and can say, Im beyond thrilled for pulling the trigger.

My rep McKenzie was the SOLE reason I went through w this, and I truly mean that. She was the most professional, down to earth, nerve-alleviating sales professional I’ve ever dealt with. She did everything from pictures, videos, putting me on speaker while driving the truck, and some after-hours conversations, to make me comfortable w purchasing the truck. The truck is amazing, McKenzie was fantastic, Nathan was fantastic, and Platinum is fantastic.

Excellent customer service! I appreciate that the sales reps didn’t come flying out to attack for a sale. McKenzie came out to introduce herself and then gave me space. There were a few minors discrepancies with the truck but Blake made it right by either fixing them on the spot or taking money off the truck price. Shortly after my purchase I was driving down i95 south when the driver side inner fender liner came loose and began shredding, though Platinum Motorsports didn’t have to they sent me a new replacement liner. Again, great customer service!!!
