I called to schedule an oil change for my vehicle last week. I came in and worked w/ Morgan to take care of the details of the maintenance schedule. She informed me of the maintenance schedule my car was due for and asked if I wanted to do any of those services. She totaled up the services and let me know what it would cost. She also let me know how long it might take and offered to keep me informed via text message. She coordinated a drop off for me to my office, which is not far from Plaza. She indicated she could have the driver come back and get me when my car was ready. She was very professional and I was very pleased w/ the service. You all are great and I appreciate your attention to detail. You had a car washed and I appreciate the extra touch.
