Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! I just walked out today with 2009 Honda civic. I was helped by Joseph and he took care of us from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the car and right away showed us the carfax detailing the history of the car. Once we decided on buying the car, Joseph went over all the paperwork and broken down every document one by one. I was pleasantly surprised that unlike other dealerships, they do NOT add unnecessary costly fees to the final price. We paid the normal sales tax + dmv/seller fees. Joseph went line by line explaining each fee and they were all very reasonable and standard. I went in ready to call out any BS fees but there was no need for that. That speaks volumes to the integrity here at PMG. I had the misfortune that went I left with the car, it wasn’t blowing out cold air. I know this isn’t how Joseph sold me the car because when we test drove the AC was normal. I thought nothing of it I just thought maybe It takes a minute to kick in but as I was getting closer to my house I realized it still was not working, so I stopped by a buddy of mine who is a mechanic and see if he would just service the AC and have me with cold air again but to my surprise he told me the AC compressor went out. I was devastated as this was less then an hour from driving off the lot. I was already dreading the expense since this is a costly repair. I called Joseph to explain what happened and without hesitation he said the team at PMG would offer to do the repair at NO COST!! Joseph knew the car was fine when we test drove it but even then he didn’t think twice when offering me to bring the car back so they can make that repair for me. He ordered the part for me and now I just have to wait for it to arrive so I can take the car in for the repair. I was very grateful as I had little hope of them doing anything like this just because I agreed to take the car as is. This is the kind of establishment and people I love giving my business too.  Ask for Joseph but I have no doubt that everyone here will have your best interest at heart.

If you’re local check out this new used car dealership in Stanton. High quality used cars for great prices and INCREDIBLE service! Joseph and Shafa made the entire process very easy and even enjoyable!!! My son traded in his 2005 Chevy Malibu for this 2019 Fully loaded F-150! They were able to offer a bit more than KBB for his trade-in which was fantastic! REALLY GOOD pricing on the truck. Zero haggling, no stress. We were pre-approved through School’s First—Joseph was very knowledgeable dealing with them. Joseph and the owner were super helpful with an unexpected/unforeseen issue with a part that needed repair the next day—quickly made it right with 100% integrity! A great truck + a great experience!! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! Saw car online on Saturday 8/24/24 and submitted request to see car and Joseph called me right away. SOOO HAPPY and THANKFUL!!???????????? I spent so many hours over several days researching to find our next used car after our car had been stolen (for the second time!!????) After making multiple lists, I narrowed it down to four cars, two of which were quickly eliminated after I learned they had "Dealer fees and/or add-ons" amounting to up to $2,400 over the listed price of the car!!!???? When I called PMG Prince Motor Group I was greeted warmly by Joseph's friendly voice.???? My first question to him was about extra costs, and he immediately told me that they had "NO dealer fees"!!???? When I explained about our insurance payment amount he made generous changes allowing us to purchase the car we liked well within our means!!???? He was so kind on the phone, that I half expected to be disappointed when we met, but he was even more genuinely warm and kind in person!!?? The car was as good (even better!!) than it looked in the Carfax listing...a free Carfax report comes with each vehicle, too!!???? They took care of everything, including saving us a trip to the DMV!
