One of the most impressive and effective dealerships I have worked with. Porsche Bakersfield has bunch of rockstars who are dedicated to deliver an excellent customer service. I worked with Patti, Sal, Inder, Maria and Louis and I couldn’t have been happier with the final outcome. We were looking for a Porsche Cayenne Coupe with very specific features and thanks to this team, we got it in record time.

I would specifically call out “Patti” for her perseverance and speed of execution. She is patient, spends time to understand customers requirements and is very prompt in coming up with options.

We had a last minute hiccup in the buying process. Due to a recall issued by Porsche, The vehicle we finalized went on “Stop Sale” a day before scheduled delivery. This team put hours to resolve the issue, hunted down the exact car in San Diego and got it delivered to our home in East Bay as per the schedule. The speed with which all of this was resolved in less than 24 hours was unbelievable. And to top that, I have never visited the dealership or met anyone, all of this was done remotely (talk about convenience of buying a car ????).

If Porsche is your dream car, then this should be your dream dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and can assure that you will love the whole experience!

I was then introduced to Sal, the general sales manager,  and he was very professional and patient when walking me through my options to purchase the vehicle.
