I recently had my Porsche 911 serviced at Porsche Hunt Valley, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team there went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Not only did they perform a flawless oil change, but they also took the time to address a Warning and Brake Assist fault light that had come on. Porsche Hunt Valley, MD, continue to impress me with their superb service!! I purchased a  slightly used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle had a small tear on interior driver door panel. Much to my surprise the dealership offered to repair panel. An appt was scheduled panel repaired one would never know there was ever any damage. My sales person Alfred and Skylar, Service Manager, followed up making sure I was completely satisfied with repair. I appreciate everything Porsche Hunt Valley did for me. Thanks guys!!
Great dealership!! Located car 2+ hours from our home called scheduled to view. Alfred our sales agent had vehicle ready upon arrival. Purchased vehicle without price haggling or inflated extra charges as some dealers do. Alfred was my sales agent, Steve sales manager and another Steve, all great guys to work with. Porsche Hunt Valley has been nothing but exceptional and the staff members are absolutely wonderful. Every time my Porsche panamera is service, it's such an phenomenal experience. My sales rep Thomas is so informative and always displays such kindness to my husband and I. He keeps us inform about what the next best options are.  I'm grateful and lucky to experience such great customer service with each visit. Also the other cool thing about Porsche Hunt Valley is the brand new two level constructed building they moved in. Along with all the brand new Porsche's they display, the new building has some unique and exclusive one of a kind classics cars to explore. Overall Porsche Hunt Valley is definitely an great experience you will not forget!! Definitely worth the visit !!

All the service personnel at Porsche Hunt Valley are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, detail oriented, and go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. I appreciate the photos and videos the master technicians provide to show me exactly where the problem is. This week, they were kind enough to arrange for me to take my Boxster to a high school reunion over the weekend even though they were waiting on parts for another service to be done the following week. I had a great experience with Porsche Hunt Valley. I had inquired about a used Cayman S but decided it cost too much. Shortly after they contacted me with a factory allocation for a Style Edition. What a beautiful car I got. They helped with with a Porsche Experience Center delivery and took care of all of the paperwork including the painful New York State title, registration and sales tax. All this for an out-of-state buyer who wishes they could go to Porsche Hunt Valley for service but sadly it's too far. Alex Goff was a pleasure to work with.
