Service Adviser Jon Lewis was exceptional in communication & service. My 2018 991.2 GTS was in for factory warranty/work for water pump replacement. The Porsche was towed in and Jon coordinated the reception and completion of service until the end, keeping me up to date through it all. I called around other dealers for the warranty work which was difficulat and even Porsche N. America which they were able to confirm, but Jon was able to ease all with his service and demeanor. Made my appointment and needed a rental car. My appointment was booked in a timely matter. When I arrived, I was happily greeted with the hostess, who immediately found my service advisor Vincent. Vincent was really great. He greeted me with a smile and a little small talk and got on my paperwork right away. He told me exactly how long things would take and everything was completed as promised. I was very impressed with their facility, hospitality, and quality of work that they did on my car, and the price was actually less expensive than a local mechanic. Thank you, Irvine Porsche (and Vincent ) for your five star customer care. I live in Newport, but will be driving to Irvine to service  my well loved 2012 Panamera! :)

I recently purchased a boxster for my wife, and we had the best of the best service ever with any porsche dealers I had purchased porsche from. Garrick was our salesperson, and he was awesome,  very knowledgeable, and very professional in explaining every question we asked him. I had never been to the Irvine dealership for service before.    My appointment was made over the phone and was effortless.  Jim was my assigned service representative and he simply fantastic.   He met with me discussed service options and provided excellent counsel and service.    I had the time to wait for the service (a 10,000 mile) and I had brought work with me.    There were several seating areas in which I could utilize the snacks and drinks available.  About two hours later,  Jim found me and informed me that the car was ready.   He walked me to the cleaning bay where the car was being washed and vacuumed.    Overall, the service experience was excellent.   I was impressed with the personal attention, the video summary of my car taken by the mechanic, and the comfort of the various stations one could work or just relax.
