My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the purchasing process of our new Cayenne from Napelton Autowerks Rockford. Mr. Richard Dummer was outstanding .  He went above and beyond from what was expected.  He kindly picked my wife and I up from the airport twice, drove us an hour to the dealership both times.  He also dropped us to our hotel, which again was an hour away.  He offered to take us to get something to eat as well as stayed outside the hotel until he knew we were at the right hotel.  After the purchase of our car, he kindly spent time helping us get familiar with our new vehicle.  Then as if that was not enough he texted us with the nicest message and told us he was available if we needed further assistance with the functionality of our new automobile.
