I recently decided to trade in my 2019 Porsche Cayenne for the 2024 model, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. I visited a few different Porsche dealerships, and I have to say, my experience at Porsche South Shore in Freeport, NY, stood out in all the right ways.

Right off the bat, I felt like Porsche South Shore was the real deal. When you're buying a high-end car like a Porsche, you expect top-notch customer service, and they delivered on that expectation.

One thing that really impressed me was how they handled the trade-in. They offered me the best deal for my 2019 Porsche Cayenne, and that made a big difference in my decision. It showed me that they valued not just my business but my trade-in as well.

Now, let me give a shoutout to my sales guy, Cole Porter. He was amazing. Unlike some other places I checked out, Cole didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary upgrades on me. He took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me honest advice. He actually talked me out of some upgrades that would have been a waste of money and wouldn't add much value when I decide to sell the car down the road. That kind of honesty is hard to find in the car-buying world.

I'm seriously considering making Porsche South Shore my go-to dealership from now on, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Porsche. The other places I visited felt like they were trying to pull one over on me, but Porsche South Shore was the real deal. Thanks to them, my Porsche-buying experience was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
