Saad was my assigned brand ambassador who couldn’t be more professional and thorough. He sensed my real enthusiasm for cars  and as a “car guy” himself he guided me through the Porsche experience by teaching me and helping me build the perfect car for my taste and requirements. He was proud on delivery day to finally present my car and he genuinely shared in my excitement- a real class act. I was impressed with the staff at Porsche Warrington for their handling of my CPO purchase. Being my first Porsche, the team was enthusiastic and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Salesman Michael Alcott was especially helpful in making the process enjoyable and facilitating all that goes with an out-of-state transaction. Picking up the car was a great experience as well, as Michael took the time to explain all of the functions of the car. All in, I would highly recommend this dealership.

1/17/2024 - adding back one star. All weather mats promised have been delivered.

Overall a decent out of state purchase experience for a CPO 911 GTS. One of the better ones I’ve dealt with. We made the deal over a series of text/phone calls (2-3 days, thumbs up) and I flew in from Texas. Price was very fair (thumbs up). Porsche Warrington arranged picked up (thumbs up) and it took a little over an hour to finish out paperwork. The vehicle was decently prepped and clean - I had to ask to have the coolant tank topped off, not a big deal (no stars knocked off). We agreed to have them order a set of all weather mats and have them shipped to my house in Texas (still waiting on them, will update once I get them and add a star back). My father in law and I drove the car home without major issues - the alignment is slightly off (pulling left when you point the wheel straight), I raised this after the 23 hour drive home. Porsche Warrington staff raised it with Porsche North Houston (PNH) - but PNH won’t realign under CPO and wants me to pay out of pocket. Re-raised with Porsche Warrington via text and waiting. It’s fine but knocking one star off for this, I’ll eventually get a laser alignment on my own dime before tracking/rally. If I get any updates (mats & alignment), I will edit my post accordingly.

Overall, I would purchase another vehicle again.

I have been dealing with Porsche dealerships for 20 years and Porsche Warrington is by far the best. They are the most knowledgeable, kind and proficient dealership ever.  I have maintained, purchased, sold and leased 6 vehicles from them and I would never go anywhere else. Ryan stern, the sales manager is amazing.  Marc Brenner is incredible.  I travel from Brooklyn, New York.  That’s how good they are.
