I've read some other solid reviews and they are spot on! The Precision experience began late afternoon on a Friday (of all days) with an issue that was worrisome to us as out-of-towners critter sitting for the family farm in Belmont. You see, we had ourselves a five-hour drive to execute two days later. I'm actually grateful for the timing of being out west when the car started vibrating. Not certain it could have gone so smoothly had I been in the Hudson Valley, where we live.

There was no coldness, grumbling, eye rolling, or huffing and puffing about coming on a Friday 30 minutes before closing. AND, Steve and Jeff assured us they'd stay late to at least diagnose the problem (ended up being a universal joint/drive shaft). To be both professional and thoughtful...

... they knew we were attempting to drive home that Sunday so they went pretty d'gone far out of their way to make calls, get the part, and came in on that Sunday to change out the drive shaft on my Subaru. WOW! I almost hate to "advertise" that they worked on a weekend, because I am a fan of work-life balance. I was willing to wait till the following business day, BUT they really wanted to help us out since they knew we were about to buy a train ticket, splitting up for a few days, etc.

Friendly. Personable. Accommodating. Thorough communication. Quick to diagnose. Fair pricing. What more can you possibly want from your auto mechanic shop?!

Steve and Dan were incredibly gracious. They took a look at the car and checked the engine event history on a late Friday afternoon with no appointment. I really appreciated the service and peace of mind they gave us.

These people are EXCELLENT! I brought my car in for tire rotation, to change two tires, alignment, and an oil change. They found a part that was bent that effected the alignment and ordered and had it fixed within one day. Everything was done quickly and done well for a very reasonable price! I will never take my vehicles to another garage if I can help it!
