The team at Premiere got us in for service quickly, had the part in stock, were efficient and the customer service was great! Today is Monday ….last Tuesday we were driving through the area headed to Florida from Baton Rouge when our transmission began acting up. We were able to make it to the dealership in limp mode.

The Service Department was terrific and set realistic expectations. Long story short, the vehicle was diagnosed and repaired via the extended warranty in less than a week.

We found the staff to be completely professional. Ricky was our point of contact throughout the process and  communication was excellent both in person and on the phone. He was awesome!

These guys are great!  Figured out what was wrong with my touch screen, kept me up to date with texts the entire time and had my touch screen replaced and updated pretty quick. they also helped to ensure my alternate insurance (repaid type) paid for it beyond my deductible.
