I located a rarity vehicle via a third party site and contacted Preowned Auto directly and received a response within a few hours. They worked with me on guidance of trading in my existing vehicle and ensuring new financing options all worked in my best interests. I changed my pick up time on them three times, and yet they were still kind, flexible, & patient. Upon arrival I was greeted with there business model of test driving the exchange and pick up vehicles. The other units on the lot were of known reliable make and models all priced favorably well in my opinion.

Let me say up front that I did not purchase a vehicle from Ryan. This is not a review of the product I bought. I was searching for a specific vehicle that I just happened to find from a private seller. However, during this search I stopped in one day to and was asking Ryan about various vehicle that he had on the lot. He walked me through all the vehicles that fit the criteria of what I had in mind. He was very open and honest about the little issues that he had observed on the inventory. He was also more than willing to get those issues corrected. He knew I had other places to check for vehicles before i was going to make a purchase. This did not stop him from giving me the best customer service he could and even encouraged me to look elsewhere if I wasn't convinced about buying from him. Most salesmen/owners would have walked away if a purchase wasn't imminent. Not Ryan, he was very gracious and kind to spend his time with me and even explaining things i should look for in particular models. This was the picture of what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks for everything Ryan I will absolutely recommend him to friends.
