My car was in or an oil change.  While your advertisement indicates that with the oil change there is a review of the car's overall condition mechanically...feedback on the vehicles condition with results/suggestions on what should be done were not provided.

I just had the best car purchase experience with Brian Drexel, the sales manager. Buying an ev in this market has been extremely difficult. I’ve reached out to many other dealers in the tri-state area and most of them were charging insane markups, requiring non refundable deposits or playing sneaky games.

Prestige had an ev I was looking for and Brian confirmed they didn’t charge markups above MSRP. He had all the paperwork already prepared when I arrived and it literally took less than 5 mins to sign the docs. He didn’t waste my time trying to up sell me or sneaking random fees.

I would highly recommend working with Brian.

This is my 2nd review as I’m continued to be impressed with the dealer. I’m selling my dad’s car and Prestige Import was listed as a potential buyer from an online lead generator. Since I had a great experience buying a car from Brian Drexel, I reached out to him to see if they would be interested in buying our car. He passed along my inquiry to the pre-owned manager, Anthony. Although they weren’t interested in purchasing our car, Anthony took the time to research and provide me w/ market data to help w/ sale. I really appreciate their first class customer support.
