My wife and I found our experience of purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Subaru of Asheville an extremely enjoyable one.

We were blessed to be paired with Christie Chandler as our sales person. She made us feel extremely comfortable, was able to answer all of our questions and even anticipated questions that we didn’t think to ask, but needed to ask.

Dan was able to make easily understandable what could have been a very complicated subject of maintenance agreements and warranties.

We  appreciated a call that Christie made the day after our purchase to see how we were enjoying our new vehicle and to make sure that we had no additional questions that needed answering.

Hyped on my certified pre owned Subaru forester! Zach Pena in sales was great! Whole experienced was super laid back. My experience from my last car in another state was the opposite so it was a nice change. Zach even made sure I got my Thule cargo carrier to sweeten the deal ! Keavy made my experience at Prestige Subaru service center most comfortable! She is very personable and most gracious. She welcomed me and clearly explained each item required for my current service. She even escorted me to my Forester and removed all the plastic & paper used to protect the seat and floor while it was moved to be serviced. Ashley was my service tech and did an outstanding job as she described all the areas of my car that were checked and serviced. I am thrilled that a young woman has achieved her goal of being a service tech in a field usually filled with men.

I bought my dream car Saturday and it was not just quick and painless, it was FUN! From our sales associate Christie to finance man Dan, EVERYONE was amazing. They are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, hilarious, dog-loving folk, who take the time to speak to you and get to know you a little. (Our goldendoodle didn't really want to come home.)  The whole vibe there is very positive... up beat.  I am proud to be a new member of the Prestige Subaru family.
