I had decided to stop by this establishment, because they had a certain vehicle I was looking for! My salesperson ended up being Austin Castillo. he was awesome! He answered all questions I had on trading my current vehicle in for the one I was interested in, and any other questions I had as well. They worked really hard to get as much money for my trade as possible and get me financed also! They came back and told me what they could give me for my trade, I was hoping for more, so they went back to work on finding a buyer for my vehicle. Low and behold they told me they found a buyer and was able to get me 2,000 more dollars on my trade. I was shocked! They are by far the quickest and kindest auto dealership I have ever dealt with! In and out within three hours! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! They truly care about their customers. Thanks so much for a great car buying success!

We Just Bought A 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L from them . It was the best buying experience we have ever had . ZEF helped put all of our concerns and worries at ease ! He was supper friendly and personable. They all work together as a team to make sure that you have the utmost care ! They where amazing at Negotiating a pice that worked for our budget . This is an update review. I figured out why Prestman has mostly 5 star reviews. It’s because of their customer service. Obviously I was pretty upset about water splashing in during a car wash. I had to take it in a couple of times. First they fixed the door but weeks later I still heard a little breeze, maybe not super loud, but just enough to drive me crazy. Maybe it wasn’t that noticeable, but to me it made a big difference. So I took it in again. Point is they fixed it. And they did it with a great attitude. Their service team is so friendly that I didn’t even mind if it took a bit longer. I gave 4 stars because it took up a bit more of my time than I expected. But over all I’m happy that they actually took the time to fix a mistake that could have happened at any other dealership. The difference is that it felt like they care about getting it right.

First review:
Originally I was going to give a 5 Star review but I just went through the Car Wash and now there is water all over the driver side floor. The damaged door was not repaired properly. And honestly I feel ripped off. A local Body shop advised me to avoid Prestman due to all the bad repairs they had to redo. I didn’t listen because I trusted the sales rep, I’m sure it’s not his fault, he’s not in charge of the repairs. I have a service appointment to get this fixed, I’ll update the review once I see how this goes.
