I've bought a fair share of vehicles in my lifetime, and I can honestly say my recent experience at Prime Velocity Automotive was the best one yet, bar none. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional atmosphere. But what truly impressed me was Charlie Will.  He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted.  Charlie worked late, way past closing time to even show me the car that was just traded in a day earlier.  He was honest with everything about the vehicle, first pointing out everything that was not perfect with it and then answered all of my questions thoroughly. He wasn't pushy at all, which made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable.  I signed the paper work that evening with the promise that I'd be in the car in 2 days.  Charlie delivered with flying colors!  Everything from the finance process, delivery and registration process was flawless with Charlie providing SMS updates to me with every step of the process.  I will send anyone wanting to purchase a used vehicle to him without question.  He has excellent quality vehicles on the lot compared to a majority of the lots in the Lehigh Valley.  Because he cares about his customers!
