Rafferty was exceptional in all respects.  Salesperson Teresa (probably the nicest and most helpful salesperson my wife or I had ever dealt with) aided us in selecting the right car to lease.  Then, on the test drive, she noticed a slight issue which she discussed with the dealership manager.  As a result, we were upgraded to a more expensive model at the agreed upon lease price.  To complete the excellent service, Nick spent considerable time going through all the features of the car with us, and I am scheduled for a follow-up visit with him in a week to review everything.  Rafferty is truly the best !!

There’s a reason why there are soooo many high star reviews about Rafferty Subaru…because Rafferty Subaru IS a 5 star establishment!  The Rafferty family gets “it”.  They understand their customers, they have been around the area for decades and they sell a great product. If you are considering any other brand or dealership, you owe it to yourself to at least stop over. I’ve purchased 4 Subarus here - with my first “real” car as a teenager (used 1983 GL), a first gen Outback after first child born, then a WRX (2002 mid life crisis) and now just last week a 2024 Crosstrek Limited.
Same experience since my first visit there in 1985, awesome. From their web site to the Internet sales consultant, to the service department, the finance dept, all the time working with one the best Sales folks around, Cory Sottanella.
The “product” can be great (Subarus are), the building can be modern and deals fair, but it’s the people that make the entire process great…and Rafferty is that.

Everyone worked with me to make my car buying experience as efficient and positive as possible. I let Corey know ahead of time that we were a little short on time due to childcare for our baby at home and he did everything he could to expedite the test drive and buying process without making us feel rushed either. Corey was great at reviewing all of the safety features on our test drive and highlighting the things that make the Forester a great fit for us. Both Corey and Eli did a fantastic job of asking me questions about what was most important to me for the car and related coverage etc. Eli was absolutely amazing and so compassionate/professional when I was getting mild SOS texts about my baby possibly going to urgent care (he's ok!) Eli responded so compassionately and was incredibly understanding of me being frazzled/not retaining information well. Perfect balance of thorough so I understood everything fully and also efficient so I could get home to my family quicker. Another gentleman helped me move my car seat into my new car which was waiting next to my old car (traded in) so I could leave as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how much everyone took care of us and we of course LOVE our new car (and the price we got for it/trade in value etc too.) Zach was really helpful going over all the features (it's been 10 years since I last bought a car, much has changed!) and told me to reach out if I have any questions later. Overall a somewhat chaotic buying experience due to my own personal life, but everyone at Rafferty was SUPER helpful and professional. Can't thank you guys enough!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in this Memorial Day knowing what I wanted and they made the process easy and were willing to listen to what we wanted in a car.
