Second vehicle I have purchased. From Ralph Honda my sales guy was Chuck for both vehicles. I’ve had a wonderful experience with all of the employees. Very friendly and great people skills I have had to take my vehicle back. For service a couple times. My AC compressor went A couple months after I purchased my vehicle. Luckily, I got the Honda care. They was so helpful They got my vehicle right in and replaced it. I did not have to pay for an Uber back-and-forth to work while they fix my car. They put me in a rental. Best dealership by far. It’s the way they treat their customers for me. Definitely would recommend to family or friends.  Thankful ????????????

Just had my 2023 CR-V serviced for the first time for the 5000 mile maintenance and a NYS inspection. The service advisor Sal Russo was very attentive and got me in and out within a hour and 15 minutes. Best part was a no charge service call with the Honda Manufacturer Honda Pass. Highly recommend!!
