Bought a used 2022 Pacifica Hybrid. Rob C was my salesman and he did a great job helping me. Joe also was helpful as sales manager. Joe offered a fair price on my trade in over the phone. I was hesitant about driving 5 hours that he might try to find fault and reduce the offer as I read of numerous people that were disappointed at other dealers with their bait and switch tactics. I didn’t need to be as they were a great dealership to work  with and we completed the deal as agreed on over the phone. I highly recommend the dealership, Joe and Rob as having integrity.
