All five of my vehicles are Fords. I have no desire to try anything else. I went back to Ford in 1996 and glad I did. Tough, reliable vehicles, cars and trucks.

I recently had my 2017 Escapes oil changed and the 21 point check done. Ray Price found three potential problems of concern. A mail in the sidewall of one tire and a deep gouge in another. An oil drip on the turbo and the trail rod bushings were deteriorating. If not for their through inspection things could have gone real bad. Thank you Ray Price and your Quick Lane Srevice.

The entire experience was flawless  from initial contact. Salesperson  Kevin was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and overall it was  a very pleasant low pressure experience
Even the often dreaded "paperwork process" was completely painless and handled well.  When we picked up the truck one key fob was missing but it was replaced with new within a few days (no problem)
Overall a exceptional experience!
