On Saturday my husband and I leased a brand new CX30 Carbon Edition and Brad helped us out. Brad was 10/10 the best sales individual we have ever worked with. He advocated for us and got us into a great car same day. We had stopped in at Honda on the same lot that day and we were treated with aggressive sales conversations and ultimately that weren't willing to work with us as we were trading in our previous car. Mind you we walked out because we wanted to make a deal but they told us they couldn't make it happen… then while we were sitting at Mazda they called us letting us know they could make it happen after all. It was a defeating experience. We decided to walk over to Mazda as we had been seriously considering Mazda for many months and we were treated so differently there. Everyone we spoke with at Mazda was exceptional. We are so happy with our purchase and we will come back in three years and give us business back to Mazda!
