I walked onto the lot, Jason greeted me, and when I told him I was looking for Civics, he just plopped down a key board and said "They're lined up on the right, feel free to look around as much as you want, and I'm here when you have any questions".

Very comfortable sales experience, no helicoptering or hovering, and their prices were good.

They were transparent and encouraged me to take a vehicle to a mechanic for a second inspection. The (rebuilt) vehicle got a perfect score.

They also offer a 30 day warranty on their work in case an issue surfaces after you buy, which was nice, and they sell very comprehensive long-term warranty policies.

The office and staff are family friendly. Vera made my kids laugh with Minecraft movie jokes, and she had plenty of things for my boys to color on while we talked dollars/worked on paperwork. She was also responsive and easy to work with via text/phone calls as I had questions.

Happy with my Civic Sport so far. I would certainly buy from them again.
