My daughter, with a little help from her parents, just purchased her first car from Eric at Red Bank Volvo. The car selected was a 2024 XC40, which seemed like the appropriate sized Volvo model for a new 17-yr old driver. It was also the model more in-line with my daughter's budget. Our goal as parents was to find a car that we felt was as safe as could be for our daughter. Volvo speaks for itself in terms of safety, reliability, and overall car life. We looked at one other dealership before we came to Red Bank Volvo, but found that Eric delivered in terms of the right model, color my daughter liked, minimal mileage, and attractive financing terms. When we called Eric back to express interest in a specific car, he followed through with a return call and had the vehicle freshly washed upon our return to the dealership for a test drive. And, Eric also let my husband and I take the test drive alone, without him or a Volvo team member, so we felt like we had the ability to really look, feel the car out, and discuss the purchase without pressure. We appreciated that the Red Bank team trusted us with the car for a short drive. Once we made the decision to purchase the car, Eric made the purchase process so easy with emails of what he needed from us to proceed. We delivered what was requested and or final meeting was to just sign the paperwork that was waiting with Cindy, the dealership's finance manager. That last meeting took maybe 35 to 40 minutes and also included a quick tutorial from Eric on how to use the different screen features in the car. Eric invited my daughter to come back so he could help her program her phone to the car as well. It was a seamless process from start to finish thanks to Eric. Eric cared to help and was very professional. We have no reason not to return to Red Bank Volvo for our next purchase in the future. Thank you Eric!
