My parents just bought a car here and we drove off with it today. We were so impressed by their amazing customer service. Evan was very educational, upfront and honest (I know this because my brother was in car sales and I used to be in sales as well)! They were not pushy or aggressive. They were so patient with all the questions. My parents were nervous about purchasing a salvage titled car so they had no problem or hesitation letting us drive it to a body shop (of our choice) so they could check it out. The guy at the body shop said he was surprised that even though he could tell some cosmetic body work was done, structurally it was in excellent shape and it ran like a new car. The mileage was low and that’s rare for a 2015 used car. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. There was no pressure and the salesman here don’t need to be that way because they know they sell their cars at a great value for the price. We highly recommend Red Star Auto!!!
