My husband and I were going to visit a few infiniti dealerships to look around for a used Q50, but Luis Murrieta from Redwood City Infiniti got us a better deal. We ended up buying a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR. They went above and beyond our expectations. Im not one for the hassel of negotiation, especially when it comes to cars, but they created such a comfortable environment. I do not normally write reviews whether I have a good or bad experience , however I feel I have to for this  place .
I have bought many cars over the last 50 years, for me, my wife , my kids and many friends and this is the first time that I had such an exceptional experience. I live about 200 miles from this dealership , but the drive was well worth it. I made a very good deal over the phone and they actually honored it.I could not believe it. With my past  dealings with other dealerships , they never did. They gave me many reasons  why they could not. I do not trust salesmen .
However ,my sales rep, Dion and his manager Seth were an exception. They even gave me a better deal than what we had originally agreed . Both were efficient, honest , friendly and professional.

Coming from San Jose wasn’t sure how comfortable I was on purchasing a car. Unfortunately there was a drop off or tag team in affect. Both salesmen were vary knowledgeable and and patient. I was allowed to bring the puppy in while going over the details of the car. It was almost a record how fast I got approved and drove off. Very happy and completely sure of my purchase.
