Just surprised my daughter with her first car purchased here and to say they did everything in their power to make her feel special, would be an understatement. We are a family of 10, on a 6 hour road trip, & almost two hours from home when our vehicles transmission alert came on in the middle of the freeway. I called Reineke Ford on a whim, luckily we happened to be less than four miles away. The woman in the service department on the phone was very kind, she stated their air was out on a very hot day but would ask the service department if they could help. To our surprise they said if we could get it there they would help right away.

We arrived with all of our kiddos in tow, & no hope to get back on the road. They were some of the literal kindest humans I’ve ever met in my life. I typically stay far away from dealerships truthfully but I was so pleased. They offered to get us food, snacks were available, a kid area to play in, & we didn’t feel judged AT ALL. Which is hard to say nowadays when we roll up with all of our kids.

A little over two hours later and they got our car going & on the road. We were nervous going forward with the trip and almost turned around to head home but we made it to our destination & are currently on our way home with no additional issues.

Any future issues, purchases, or Maitenence that we need, we will drive the distance & come to this dealership.
